When I started coming here I weighed 348 lbs. In about 6 weeks time I lost 40 lbs. In another week I lost another 7 lbs. I learned a lot about food intake and what you can eat and what you shouldn't eat. I learned how to incorporate my eating with my daily life. I am really greatful for my dietitian and my decision to see one.
